Returns and Exchange.

We want you to enjoy every product you get from us, but we understand that sometimes, you might have to return a product because it doesn’t quite fit. We’re happy to take it back and exchange it within a 7-day period from the date of delivery if it meets the following criteria:

    • It is in good and sellable condition
    • It still has all the tags and is in its original packaging
    • It is not stained, not worn and not damaged (Scuffed, stained clothes are not returnable)
    • We’re unable to exchange discounted items (All sales items are on a final-sale basis)
    • In line with global returns standards, white and cream coloured items and undergarments/intimate wear are not eligible for returns.

How to return an item:

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly complete the following steps:

    • Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
    • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
    • We are happy to receive the goods at the lakerduka Store/fulfilment centre nearest to you – at no return cost.
    • Where you are not close to a physical store, our logistics partners will contact you, at a small fee to cover shipping costs.

Refunds:

Where a product is out of stock we will offer you a refund or reasonable time to fulfil the order. In case of a returned product for whatever reason, we will make the refund within 14 days from the day you notify us of your order cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We are happy to refund your wallet as soon as we process your returns. Within 24 hours of processing your returns, you’ll receive an email or SMS letting you know that your wallet has been credited. You can payout of your store credit (your wallet) for subsequent orders or request for cash refund to the media of payment.
