Our Flat Shipping rate applies regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.

    • Overnight and Saturday shipping availability and order cutoff times are subject to change.

For International Orders Standard shipping cost (within 2 kg) is mentioned in the Checkout, if the package exceeds more than the set weight, the additional amount is borne by the Customer.
Delivery within Kampala takes up to 24 to 48 working hours.
Delivery outside Kampala takes up to 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery for International package will take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
